1. 1Pick what you wantThe shop lists what is physically in our vaults right now, with the quantity we can actually deliver. Nothing on the shelf is a pre-order.
2. 2Your items are heldThe moment you place your order — today, over Discord — those units stop being available to anyone else. That is why the stock number moves while you shop: somebody else is holding too. Filling a basket on the shop does not hold anything by itself.
3. 3Choose a delivery windowBefore payment you pick a time that suits you. A window takes a few orders, so the one you choose is the one you get.
4. 4PayCard, crypto, gold, or a local method. The full list is on the payment methods page.
5. 5Meet us in gameAt your window we trade in game. A hand-over normally takes ten to twenty minutes from start to finish.

1. 1Send your bankExport your bank and send us the file. We read it item by item — nothing is estimated by eye.
2. 2We price itYou get a total, broken down per item, at the prices shown on the sell page. Items we do not currently take are listed as such rather than quietly dropped.
3. 3Accept or counterThe offer is a starting point. If a number looks wrong to you, say so — most of the time it is one line, not the whole bank.
4. 4Trade and get paidWe meet in game, take the items, and pay by whichever method you chose.

An unpaid order releases its items and its window automatically after a short while, so nothing is stuck if you change your mind or wander off mid-checkout. If a trade fails on our side, you have not paid for anything you did not receive — the order is only completed when the items have changed hands.
